Flat face so flange is a bored cylindrical shaped flange that is used to connect valve ,pipes ,pumps and other equipment to aid in forming a pipe work system .Some benefits of a pipe slip on flange are that it provides easy access for maintenanace for maintenace such as inspection modification and even cleaning .The typical installation of a carbon steel pipe flanges is to simply slide it over the pipe and then weld it across the diameter of the pipe .If the purpose of the slip on flange is to another slip on flange ,then the bolt holes are aligned and screwed in using industrial grade bolts .
